Many are not aware of their rights or the remedies available to them under the law, and this number of people increases with decrease in the level of education managed by them, and it further goes up when the people who desperately need the services of our legal system, do not have the financial resources for it. Now that amounts to an enormous section of our society and we want to help them to the best of our abilities so that they can take advantage of our illustrious judicial system.
The aim of the trust is to provide free legal aid services to the various sections of the society because we believe that justice should be available to all. Legal aid is the provision of assistance to people otherwise unable to afford legal representation and access to the court system. Article 39A of the Constitution of India provides for free legal aid to the poor and weaker sections of the society and ensures justice for all.
